Off-Campus Locations
Castle Diamond
Castle Diamond is located about a mile and a half from the campus at 120 Denton Road. From the Clinton Road entrance, turn left onto Clinton Street, right onto Seward Street, right on Clement Avenue and then right onto Denton Road. Proceed 0.7 of a mile to the field on the right (passing under the railroad bridge). Google maps link
Van Lennep Riding Center
Located a short distance from campus, the address for the center is 145 Daniels Road. From the Clinton Road entrance, turn right onto Clinton road and then a right onto Daniels Road, with the riding center about 400 feet on the left. Google maps link
Please send correspondences to the main college campus at 815 North Broadway, and they will be delivered to the riding center via campus mail.
Boathouse
The Skidmore boathouse is located on the north end of Saratoga Lake, 5.6 miles from campus. From the main entrance of the campus, go south on Broadway, take a left on East Avenue, then left on Lake Avenue and then right onto Stafford Bridge Road. The boathouse is on the right, at the bridge. Google map link
Ice Rink
Skidmore leases time at the City of Saratoga Springs ice rink, about three miles from campus, for hockey practices and games. Go south on North Broadway. Turn left onto East Avenue. Turn left onto Route 50. Pass over the Northway (I-87). Turn right onto Weibel Avenue. The rink is about 0.7 mile on the left. Google map link
Polo Grounds
The polo grounds are owned and operated by the Saratoga Polo Club, which is not affiliated with Skidmore College.
The polo grounds are located about a mile and a half from the campus on Bloomfield Road. From the Clinton Road entrance, turn left onto Clinton Street, right onto Clement Avenue, right on Seward Street, and then right onto Denton Road. Pass under the railroad bridge, then take a sharp right onto Bloomfield Road. [Google map link]
